Goals

Know the fundamentals of the intersectional perspective and how it works.


Who is the public target?

The training is primarily aimed at workers or the self-employed.


Access requirements

To access the training, at least one of the following requirements must be met:

  • Certificate of Professionalism Level 1
  • Basic Professional Qualification (Basic Vocational Training)
  • Diploma in Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or equivalent
  • Technician’s Degree (Intermediate Vocational Training) or equivalent
  • Level 2 Certificate of Professionalism
  • Have passed the entrance exam for Intermediate Level Training Cycles
  • Have passed any official university entrance exam

Program

  1. Intersectional Perspective: Background and Context (5 hours)
  2. Affective-sexual and gender diversity (5 hours)
  3. Diversity of origin, cultural and religious. Functional diversity (6 hours)
  4. Tools and reflections for the application of intersectionality in projects, actions and approaches (4 hours)

Certificate

At the end of the training, an official certificate is obtained from the Consortium for Continuing Education of Catalonia detailing the skills acquired during the training.
